To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. I'm really inspired by the youth who despite their age accomplished a lot to help other and contribute to the positive change and development in our world. I'm also inspired by all the people that strongly fight for their causes especially for peace and a better world like Ghandi, Mandela and the 14th Dalai Lama.
